ਗੁਰ ਅਰਜੁਨ ਗੁਣ ਸਹਜਿ ਬਿਚਾਰੰ ॥ gur arajun gun sehaj bichaaran | With intuitive peace and poise, I contemplate the Glorious Virtues of Guru Arjun. - Bhatt Kalh Sahar
ਗੁਰ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਘਰਿ ਕੀਅਉ ਪ੍ਰਗਾਸਾ ॥ gur raamadaas ghar keeo pragaasaa | He was revealed in the House of Guru Raam Daas, - Bhatt Kalh Sahar
ਸਗਲ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਪੂਰੀ ਆਸਾ ॥ sagal manorath pooree aasaa | and all hopes and desires were fulfilled. - Bhatt Kalh Sahar
ਤੈ ਜਨਮਤ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਪਛਾਣਿਓ ॥ tai janamat guramat braham pachhaanio | From birth, He realized God through the Guru’s Teachings. - Bhatt Kalh Sahar
ਕਲੵ ਜੋੜਿ ਕਰ ਸੁਜਸੁ ਵਖਾਣਿਓ ॥ kalay jorr kar sujas vakhaanio | With palms pressed together, KALL the poet speaks His praises. - Bhatt Kalh Sahar
ਭਗਤਿ ਜੋਗ ਕੌ ਜੈਤਵਾਰੁ ਹਰਿ ਜਨਕੁ ਉਪਾਯਉ ॥ bhagat jog kau jaitavaar har janak upaayau | The Lord brought Him into the world, to practice the Yoga of devotional worship. - Bhatt Kalh Sahar

ਅਗਹ ਗਹਣੁ ਭ੍ਰਮੁ ਭ੍ਰਾਂਤਿ ਦਹਣੁ ਸੀਤਲੁ ਸੁਖ ਦਾਤਉ ॥ agah gehan bhram bhraant dehan seetal sukh daatau | You have grasped the Ungraspable, and burnt away doubt and skepticism. You bestow cooling and soothing peace. - Bhatt Kalh Sahar
ਆਸੰਭਉ ਉਦਵਿਅਉ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਪੂਰਨ ਬਿਧਾਤਉ ॥ aasanbhau udaviaau purakh pooran bidhaatau | The Self-existent, Perfect Primal Lord God Creator has taken birth. - Bhatt Kalh Sahar
ਨਾਨਕ ਆਦਿ ਅੰਗਦ ਅਮਰ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਸਬਦਿ ਸਮਾਇਅਉ ॥ naanak aad angad amar satigur sabad samaaeaau | First, Guru Nanak, then Guru Angad and Guru Amar Daas, the True Guru, have been absorbed into the Word of the Shabad. - Bhatt Kalh Sahar

ਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰਾ ਪਾਯਉ ਬਡ ਭਾਗੀ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਗੀ ਮੇਦਨਿ ਭਰੁ ਸਹਤਾ ॥ gur pooraa paayau badd bhaagee liv laagee medan bhar sahataa | By great good fortune, He has found the Perfect Guru; He remains lovingly attuned to Him, and endures the load of the earth. - Bhatt Kalh Sahar
ਭਯ ਭੰਜਨੁ ਪਰ ਪੀਰ ਨਿਵਾਰਨੁ ਕਲੵ ਸਹਾਰੁ ਤੋਹਿ ਜਸੁ ਬਕਤਾ ॥ bhay bhanjan par peer nivaaran kalay sahaar tohi jas bakataa | He is the Destroyer of fear, the Eradicator of the pains of others. Kall Sahaar the poet utters Your Praise, O Guru. - Bhatt Kalh Sahar

ਮਹਾ ਦਾਨਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਗਿਆਨਿ ਮਨਿ ਚਾਉ ਨ ਹੁਟੈ ॥ mahaa daan satigur giaan man chaau na huttai | The Great Giver, the spiritual wisdom of the True Guru, His mind does not grow weary of its yearning for the Lord. - Bhatt Kalh Sahar
