ਸੁਨਿ ਮਨ ਅਕਥ ਕਥਾ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ॥ sun man akath kathaa har naam | Listen, O mind, to the Unspoken Speech of the Lord’s Name. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਰਿਧਿ ਬੁਧਿ ਸਿਧਿ ਸੁਖ ਪਾਵਹਿ ਭਜੁ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਮ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ ridh budh sidh sukh paaveh bhaj guramat har raam raam |1| rahaau | Riches, wisdom, supernatural spiritual powers and peace are obtained, by vibrating, meditating on the Lord God, under Guru’s Instruction. ||1||Pause|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਨਾਨਾ ਖਿਆਨ ਪੁਰਾਨ ਜਸੁ ਊਤਮ ਖਟ ਦਰਸਨ ਗਾਵਹਿ ਰਾਮ ॥ naanaa khiaan puraan jas aootam khatt darasan gaaveh raam | Numerous legends, the Puraanas, and the six Shaastras, sing the sublime Praises of the Lord. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਸੰਕਰ ਕ੍ਰੋੜਿ ਤੇਤੀਸ ਧਿਆਇਓ ਨਹੀ ਜਾਨਿਓ ਹਰਿ ਮਰਮਾਮ ॥੧॥ sankar krorr tetees dhiaaeo nahee jaanio har maramaam |1| Shiva and the three hundred thirty million gods meditate on the Lord, but they do not know the secret of His mystery. ||1|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਸੁਰਿ ਨਰ ਗਣ ਗੰਧ੍ਰਬ ਜਸੁ ਗਾਵਹਿ ਸਭ ਗਾਵਤ ਜੇਤ ਉਪਾਮ ॥ sur nar gan gandhrab jas gaaveh sabh gaavat jet upaam | The angelic and divine beings, and the celestial singers sing His Praises; all Creation sings of Him. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਨਾਨਕ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰੀ ਹਰਿ ਜਿਨ ਕਉ ਤੇ ਸੰਤ ਭਲੇ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਮ ॥੨॥੧॥ naanak kripaa karee har jin kau te sant bhale har raam |2|1| O Nanak, those whom the Lord blesses with His Kind Mercy, become the good Saints of the Lord God. ||2||1|| - Guru Ramdas Ji

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਰਤਨੁ ਰਤਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਨੀਕੋ ਗੁਰਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਦਾਨੁ ਦਿਵਾਇਓ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ har har ratan ratan har neeko gur satigur daan divaaeo |1| rahaau | They are blessed with the gift of the jewel of the Lord, Har, Har, the sublime jewel of the Lord, by the Guru, the True Guru. ||1||Pause|| - Guru Ramdas Ji

ਧਨੁ ਮਾਇਆ ਸੰਪੈ ਤਿਸੁ ਦੇਵਉ ਜਿਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਮੀਤੁ ਮਿਲਾਇਓ ॥੧॥ dhan maaeaa sanpai tis devau jin har meet milaaeo |1| I offer my wealth, the riches of Maya and my property to that one who leads me to meet the Lord, my friend. ||1|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਖਿਨੁ ਕਿੰਚਿਤ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰੀ ਜਗਦੀਸਰਿ ਤਬ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਸੁ ਧਿਆਇਓ ॥ khin kinchit kripaa karee jagadeesar tab har har har jas dhiaaeo | When the Lord of the world bestowed just a tiny bit of His Mercy, for just an instant, then I meditated on the Praise of the Lord, Har, Har, Har. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਉ ਹਰਿ ਭੇਟੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦੁਖੁ ਹਉਮੈ ਰੋਗੁ ਗਵਾਇਓ ॥੨॥੨॥ jan naanak kau har bhette suaamee dukh haumai rog gavaaeo |2|2| The Lord and Master has met servant Nanak, and the pain of the sickness of egotism has been eliminated. ||2||2|| - Guru Ramdas Ji

ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਨਿੰਦ ਕਰੇ ਹਰਿ ਜਨ ਕੀ ਅਪੁਨਾ ਗੁਨੁ ਨ ਗਵਾਵੈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ je koee nind kare har jan kee apunaa gun na gavaavai |1| rahaau | Even if someone slanders the Lord’s humble servant, he does not give up his own goodness. ||1||Pause|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਜੋ ਕਿਛੁ ਕਰੇ ਸੁ ਆਪੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਕਾਰ ਕਮਾਵੈ ॥ jo kichh kare su aape suaamee har aape kaar kamaavai | Whatever the Lord and Master does, He does by Himself; the Lord Himself does the deeds. - Guru Ramdas Ji
