ਜਿਨ ਕਉ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰੀ ਜਗਜੀਵਨਿ ਹਰਿ ਉਰਿ ਧਾਰਿਓ ਮਨ ਮਾਝਾ ॥ jin kau kripaa karee jagajeevan har ur dhaario man maajhaa | Those, unto whom the Lord, the Life of the world, has shown Mercy, enshrine Him within their hearts, and cherish Him in their minds. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਧਰਮ ਰਾਇ ਦਰਿ ਕਾਗਦ ਫਾਰੇ ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਲੇਖਾ ਸਮਝਾ ॥੪॥੫॥ dharam raae dar kaagad faare jan naanak lekhaa samajhaa |4|5| The Righteous Judge of Dharma, in the Court of the Lord, has torn up my papers; servant Nanak’s account has been settled. ||4||5|| - Guru Ramdas Ji

ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਸਾਧ ਪਾਈ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਮਨੁ ਚਲਤੌ ਭਇਓ ਅਰੂੜਾ ॥ satasangat saadh paaee vaddabhaagee man chalatau bheo aroorraa | In the Sat Sangat, the True Congregation, I found the Holy, by great good fortune; my restless mind has been quieted. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਅਨਹਤ ਧੁਨਿ ਵਾਜਹਿ ਨਿਤ ਵਾਜੇ ਹਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਧਾਰ ਰਸਿ ਲੀੜਾ ॥੧॥ anahat dhun vaajeh nit vaaje har amrit dhaar ras leerraa |1| The unstruck melody ever vibrates and resounds; I have taken in the sublime essence of the Lord’s Ambrosial Nectar, showering down. ||1|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਜਪਿ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਹਰਿ ਰੂੜਾ ॥ mere man jap raam naam har roorraa | O my mind, chant the Name of the Lord, the beauteous Lord. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਮੇਰੈ ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਲਗਾਈ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਮਿਲਿਓ ਲਾਇ ਝਪੀੜਾ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ merai man tan preet lagaaee satigur har milio laae jhapeerraa | rahaau | The True Guru has drenched my mind and body with the Love of the Lord, who has met me and lovingly embraced me. ||Pause|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਸਾਕਤ ਬੰਧ ਭਏ ਹੈ ਮਾਇਆ ਬਿਖੁ ਸੰਚਹਿ ਲਾਇ ਜਕੀੜਾ ॥ saakat bandh bhe hai maaeaa bikh sancheh laae jakeerraa | The faithless cynics are bound and gagged in the chains of Maya; they are actively engaged, gathering in the poisonous wealth. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਅਰਥਿ ਖਰਚਿ ਨਹ ਸਾਕਹਿ ਜਮਕਾਲੁ ਸਹਹਿ ਸਿਰਿ ਪੀੜਾ ॥੨॥ har kai arath kharach neh saakeh jamakaal saheh sir peerraa |2| They cannot spend this in harmony with the Lord, and so they must endure the pain which the Messenger of Death inflicts upon their heads. ||2|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਜਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਅਰਥਿ ਸਰੀਰੁ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਗੁਰ ਸਾਧੂ ਬਹੁ ਸਰਧਾ ਲਾਇ ਮੁਖਿ ਧੂੜਾ ॥ jin har arath sareer lagaaeaa gur saadhoo bahu saradhaa laae mukh dhoorraa | The Holy Guru has dedicated His Being to the Lord’s service; with great devotion, apply the dust of His feet to your face. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਲਤਿ ਪਲਤਿ ਹਰਿ ਸੋਭਾ ਪਾਵਹਿ ਹਰਿ ਰੰਗੁ ਲਗਾ ਮਨਿ ਗੂੜਾ ॥੩॥ halat palat har sobhaa paaveh har rang lagaa man goorraa |3| In this world and the next, you shall receive the Lord’s honor, and your mind shall be imbued with the permanent color of the Lord’s Love. ||3|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਮੇਲਿ ਮੇਲਿ ਜਨ ਸਾਧੂ ਹਮ ਸਾਧ ਜਨਾ ਕਾ ਕੀੜਾ ॥ har har mel mel jan saadhoo ham saadh janaa kaa keerraa | O Lord, Har, Har, please unite me with the Holy; compared to these Holy people, I am just a worm. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਲਗੀ ਪਗ ਸਾਧ ਗੁਰ ਮਿਲਿ ਸਾਧੂ ਪਾਖਾਣੁ ਹਰਿਓ ਮਨੁ ਮੂੜਾ ॥੪॥੬॥ jan naanak preet lagee pag saadh gur mil saadhoo paakhaan hario man moorraa |4|6| Servant Nanak has enshrined love for the feet of the Holy Guru; meeting with this Holy One, my foolish, stone-like mind has blossomed forth in lush profusion. ||4||6|| - Guru Ramdas Ji

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਸਿਮਰਹੁ ਅਗਮ ਅਪਾਰਾ ॥ har har simarahu agam apaaraa | Remember in meditation the Lord, Har, Har, the unfathomable, infinite Lord. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਜਿਸੁ ਸਿਮਰਤ ਦੁਖੁ ਮਿਟੈ ਹਮਾਰਾ ॥ jis simarat dukh mittai hamaaraa | Remembering Him in meditation, pains are dispelled. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਮਿਲਾਵਹੁ ਗੁਰਿ ਮਿਲਿਐ ਸੁਖੁ ਹੋਈ ਰਾਮ ॥੧॥ har har satigur purakh milaavahu gur miliai sukh hoee raam |1| O Lord, Har, Har, lead me to meet the True Guru; meeting the Guru, I am at peace. ||1|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਹੁ ਮੀਤ ਹਮਾਰੇ ॥ har gun gaavahu meet hamaare | Sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord, O my friend. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਰਖਹੁ ਉਰ ਧਾਰੇ ॥ har har naam rakhahu ur dhaare | Cherish the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, in your heart. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਬਚਨ ਸੁਣਾਵਹੁ ਗੁਰ ਮਿਲਿਐ ਪਰਗਟੁ ਹੋਈ ਰਾਮ ॥੨॥ har har amrit bachan sunaavahu gur miliai paragatt hoee raam |2| Read the Ambrosial Words of the Lord, Har, Har; meeting with the Guru, the Lord is revealed. ||2|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਮਧੁਸੂਦਨ ਹਰਿ ਮਾਧੋ ਪ੍ਰਾਨਾ ॥ madhusoodan har maadho praanaa | The Lord, the Slayer of demons, is my breath of life. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਮੇਰੈ ਮਨਿ ਤਨਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਮੀਠ ਲਗਾਨਾ ॥ merai man tan amrit meetth lagaanaa | His Ambrosial Amrit is so sweet to my mind and body. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਦਇਆ ਕਰਹੁ ਗੁਰੁ ਮੇਲਹੁ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਸੋਈ ਰਾਮ ॥੩॥ har har deaa karahu gur melahu purakh niranjan soee raam |3| O Lord, Har, Har, have mercy upon me, and lead me to meet the Guru, the immaculate Primal Being. ||3|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖਦਾਤਾ ॥ har har naam sadaa sukhadaataa | The Name of the Lord, Har, Har, is forever the Giver of peace. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਰੰਗਿ ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨੁ ਰਾਤਾ ॥ har kai rang meraa man raataa | My mind is imbued with the Lord’s Love. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਮਹਾ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਗੁਰੁ ਮੇਲਹੁ ਗੁਰ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮਿ ਸੁਖੁ ਹੋਈ ਰਾਮ ॥੪॥੧॥੭॥ har har mahaa purakh gur melahu gur naanak naam sukh hoee raam |4|1|7| O Lord Har, Har, lead me to meet the Guru, the Greatest Being; through the Name of Guru Nanak, I have found peace. ||4||1||7|| - Guru Ramdas Ji

ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਜਸੁ ਘੂਮਰਿ ਪਾਵਹੁ ਮਿਲਿ ਸਤਸੰਗਿ ਓੁਮਾਹਾ ਰਾਮ ॥੨॥ har har har jas ghoomar paavahu mil satasang oumaahaa raam |2| Dance to the Praises of the Lord, Har, Har, Har; meet with the Sat Sangat, the True Congregation, with sincerity. ||2|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਆਉ ਸਖੀ ਹਰਿ ਮੇਲਿ ਮਿਲਾਹਾ ॥ aau sakhee har mel milaahaa | Come, O companions - let us unite in the Lord’s Union. - Guru Ramdas Ji
