ਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰਾ ਨਾਨਕਿ ਸੇਵਿਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜਿਨਿ ਪੈਰੀ ਆਣਿ ਸਭਿ ਘਤੇ ਰਾਮ ॥੩॥ gur pooraa naanak seviaa meree jindurree jin pairee aan sabh ghate raam |3| Nanak has served the Perfect Guru, O my soul, who causes all to fall at His feet. ||3|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਸੋ ਐਸਾ ਹਰਿ ਨਿਤ ਸੇਵੀਐ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜੋ ਸਭ ਦੂ ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਵਡਾ ਰਾਮ ॥ so aisaa har nit seveeai meree jindurree jo sabh doo saahib vaddaa raam | Serve such a Lord continuously, O my soul, who is the Great Lord and Master of all. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਜਿਨੑੀ ਇਕ ਮਨਿ ਇਕੁ ਅਰਾਧਿਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਤਿਨਾ ਨਾਹੀ ਕਿਸੈ ਦੀ ਕਿਛੁ ਚਡਾ ਰਾਮ ॥ jinaee ik man ik araadhiaa meree jindurree tinaa naahee kisai dee kichh chaddaa raam | Those who single-mindedly worship Him in adoration, O my soul, are not subservient to anyone. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਗੁਰ ਸੇਵਿਐ ਹਰਿ ਮਹਲੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਝਖ ਮਾਰਨੁ ਸਭਿ ਨਿੰਦਕ ਘੰਡਾ ਰਾਮ ॥ gur seviai har mehal paaeaa meree jindurree jhakh maaran sabh nindak ghanddaa raam | Serving the Guru, I have obtained the Mansion of the Lord’s Presence, O my soul; all the slanderers and trouble-makers bark in vain. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਧੁਰਿ ਮਸਤਕਿ ਹਰਿ ਲਿਖਿ ਛਡਾ ਰਾਮ ॥੪॥੫॥ jan naanak naam dhiaaeaa meree jindurree dhur masatak har likh chhaddaa raam |4|5| Servant Nanak has meditated on the Name, O my soul; such is the pre-ordained destiny which the Lord written on his forehead. ||4||5|| - Guru Ramdas Ji

ਸਭਿ ਜੀਅ ਤੇਰੇ ਤੂੰ ਵਰਤਦਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਹਰਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਤੂੰ ਜਾਣਹਿ ਜੋ ਜੀਇ ਕਮਾਈਐ ਰਾਮ ॥ sabh jeea tere toon varatadaa mere har prabh toon jaaneh jo jee kamaaeeai raam | All beings are Yours - You permeate them all. O my Lord God, You know what they do in their hearts. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਬਾਹਰਿ ਨਾਲਿ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਸਭ ਵੇਖੈ ਮਨਿ ਮੁਕਰਾਈਐ ਰਾਮ ॥ har antar baahar naal hai meree jindurree sabh vekhai man mukaraaeeai raam | The Lord is with them, inwardly and outwardly, O my soul; He sees everything, but the mortal denies the Lord in his mind. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਮਨਮੁਖਾ ਨੋ ਹਰਿ ਦੂਰਿ ਹੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਸਭ ਬਿਰਥੀ ਘਾਲ ਗਵਾਈਐ ਰਾਮ ॥ manamukhaa no har door hai meree jindurree sabh birathee ghaal gavaaeeai raam | The Lord is far away from the self-willed manmukhs, O my soul; all their efforts are in vain. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਹਰਿ ਹਾਜਰੁ ਨਦਰੀ ਆਈਐ ਰਾਮ ॥੧॥ jan naanak guramukh dhiaaeaa meree jindurree har haajar nadaree aaeeai raam |1| Servant Nanak, as Gurmukh, meditates on the Lord, O my soul; he beholds the Lord ever-present. ||1|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਸੇ ਭਗਤ ਸੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨਿ ਭਾਣੇ ਰਾਮ ॥ se bhagat se sevak meree jindurree jo prabh mere man bhaane raam | They are devotees, and they are servants, O my soul, who are pleasing to the Mind of my God. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਸੇ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਗਹ ਪੈਨਾਇਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਅਹਿਨਿਸਿ ਸਾਚਿ ਸਮਾਣੇ ਰਾਮ ॥ se har daragah painaaeaa meree jindurree ahinis saach samaane raam | They are robed in honor in the Court of the Lord, O my soul; night and day, they remain absorbed in the True Lord. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਤਿਨ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਿ ਮਲੁ ਉਤਰੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਰੰਗਿ ਰਾਤੇ ਨਦਰਿ ਨੀਸਾਣੇ ਰਾਮ ॥ tin kai sang mal utarai meree jindurree rang raate nadar neesaane raam | In their company, the filth of one’s sins is washed away, O my soul; imbued with the Lord’s Love, one comes to bear the Mark of His Grace. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਨਾਨਕ ਕੀ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਮਿਲਿ ਸਾਧੂ ਸੰਗਿ ਅਘਾਣੇ ਰਾਮ ॥੨॥ naanak kee prabh benatee meree jindurree mil saadhoo sang aghaane raam |2| Nanak offers his prayer to God, O my soul; joining the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, he is satisfied. ||2|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹੇ ਰਸਨਾ ਜਪਿ ਗੋਬਿੰਦੋ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜਪਿ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨਾ ਜਾਏ ਰਾਮ ॥ he rasanaa jap gobindo meree jindurree jap har har trisanaa jaae raam | O tongue, chant the Name of God; O my soul, chanting the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, your desires shall be extinguished. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਜਿਸੁ ਦਇਆ ਕਰੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਤਿਸੁ ਮਨਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਵਸਾਏ ਰਾਮ ॥ jis deaa kare meraa paarabraham meree jindurree tis man naam vasaae raam | He, unto whom my Supreme Lord God shows Mercy, O my soul, enshrines the Name in his mind. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਜਿਸੁ ਭੇਟੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਸੋ ਹਰਿ ਧਨੁ ਨਿਧਿ ਪਾਏ ਰਾਮ ॥ jis bhette pooraa satiguroo meree jindurree so har dhan nidh paae raam | One who meets the Perfect True Guru, O my soul, obtains the treasure of the Lord’s wealth. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਮਿਲੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਨਾਨਕ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਏ ਰਾਮ ॥੩॥ vaddabhaagee sangat milai meree jindurree naanak har gun gaae raam |3| By great good fortune, one joins the Company of the Holy, O my soul. O Nanak, sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord. ||3|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਥਾਨ ਥਨੰਤਰਿ ਰਵਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਪਾਰਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਦਾਤਾ ਰਾਮ ॥ thaan thanantar rav rahiaa meree jindurree paarabraham prabh daataa raam | In the places and interspaces, O my soul, the Supreme Lord God, the Great Giver, is pervading. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਤਾ ਕਾ ਅੰਤੁ ਨ ਪਾਈਐ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਪੂਰਨ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਬਿਧਾਤਾ ਰਾਮ ॥ taa kaa ant na paaeeai meree jindurree pooran purakh bidhaataa raam | His limits cannot be found, O my soul; He is the Perfect Architect of Destiny. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਸਰਬ ਜੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਪਾਲਦਾ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜਿਉ ਬਾਲਕ ਪਿਤ ਮਾਤਾ ਰਾਮ ॥ sarab jeea pratipaaladaa meree jindurree jiau baalak pit maataa raam | He cherishes all beings, O my soul, as the mother and father cherish their child. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਸਹਸ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਨਹ ਮਿਲੈ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦੁੜੀਏ ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਜਾਤਾ ਰਾਮ ॥੪॥੬॥ ਛਕਾ ੧ ॥ sehas siaanap neh milai meree jindurree jan naanak guramukh jaataa raam |4|6| chhakaa 1 | By thousands of clever tricks, He cannot be obtained, O my soul; servant Nanak, as Gurmukh, has come to know the Lord. ||4||6|| First Set of Six|| - Guru Ramdas Ji

ਹਰਿ ਰੰਗੁ ਅਖਾੜਾ ਪਾਇਓਨੁ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਾਲ ਜੀਉ ਆਵਣੁ ਜਾਣੁ ਸਬਾਏ ਰਾਮ ॥ har rang akhaarraa paaeon mere laal jeeo aavan jaan sabaae raam | The Lord has fashioned this beautiful arena, O my Dear Beloved, where all come and go. - Guru Arjan Dev Ji
