ਸੰਕਟਿ ਨਹੀ ਪਰੈ ਜੋਨਿ ਨਹੀ ਆਵੈ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨ ਜਾ ਕੋ ਰੇ ॥ sankatt nahee parai jon nahee aavai naam niranjan jaa ko re | He does not fall into misfortune, and He does not take birth; His Name is the Immaculate Lord. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਕਬੀਰ ਕੋ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਐਸੋ ਠਾਕੁਰੁ ਜਾ ਕੈ ਮਾਈ ਨ ਬਾਪੋ ਰੇ ॥੨॥੧੯॥੭੦॥ kabeer ko suaamee aiso tthaakur jaa kai maaee na baapo re |2|19|70| Kabeer’s Lord is such a Lord and Master, who has no mother or father. ||2||19||70|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji

ਨਿੰਦਉ ਨਿੰਦਉ ਮੋ ਕਉ ਲੋਗੁ ਨਿੰਦਉ ॥ nindau nindau mo kau log nindau | Slander me, slander me - go ahead, people, and slander me. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਨਿੰਦਾ ਜਨ ਕਉ ਖਰੀ ਪਿਆਰੀ ॥ nindaa jan kau kharee piaaree | Slander is pleasing to the Lord’s humble servant. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਨਿੰਦਾ ਬਾਪੁ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਮਹਤਾਰੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ nindaa baap nindaa mahataaree |1| rahaau | Slander is my father, slander is my mother. ||1||Pause|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਨਿੰਦਾ ਹੋਇ ਤ ਬੈਕੁੰਠਿ ਜਾਈਐ ॥ nindaa hoe ta baikuntth jaaeeai | If I am slandered, I go to heaven; - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਨਾਮੁ ਪਦਾਰਥੁ ਮਨਹਿ ਬਸਾਈਐ ॥ naam padaarath maneh basaaeeai | the wealth of the Naam, the Name of the Lord, abides within my mind. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਰਿਦੈ ਸੁਧ ਜਉ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਹੋਇ ॥ ridai sudh jau nindaa hoe | If my heart is pure, and I am slandered, - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਹਮਰੇ ਕਪਰੇ ਨਿੰਦਕੁ ਧੋਇ ॥੧॥ hamare kapare nindak dhoe |1| then the slanderer washes my clothes. ||1|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰੈ ਸੁ ਹਮਰਾ ਮੀਤੁ ॥ nindaa karai su hamaraa meet | One who slanders me is my friend; - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਨਿੰਦਕ ਮਾਹਿ ਹਮਾਰਾ ਚੀਤੁ ॥ nindak maeh hamaaraa cheet | the slanderer is in my thoughts. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਨਿੰਦਕੁ ਸੋ ਜੋ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਹੋਰੈ ॥ nindak so jo nindaa horai | The slanderer is the one who prevents me from being slandered. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਹਮਰਾ ਜੀਵਨੁ ਨਿੰਦਕੁ ਲੋਰੈ ॥੨॥ hamaraa jeevan nindak lorai |2| The slanderer wishes me long life. ||2|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਨਿੰਦਾ ਹਮਰੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਪਿਆਰੁ ॥ nindaa hamaree prem piaar | I have love and affection for the slanderer. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਨਿੰਦਾ ਹਮਰਾ ਕਰੈ ਉਧਾਰੁ ॥ nindaa hamaraa karai udhaar | Slander is my salvation. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਜਨ ਕਬੀਰ ਕਉ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਸਾਰੁ ॥ jan kabeer kau nindaa saar | Slander is the best thing for servant Kabeer. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਨਿੰਦਕੁ ਡੂਬਾ ਹਮ ਉਤਰੇ ਪਾਰਿ ॥੩॥੨੦॥੭੧॥ nindak ddoobaa ham utare paar |3|20|71| The slanderer is drowned, while I am carried across. ||3||20||71|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਰਾਜਾ ਰਾਮ ਤੂੰ ਐਸਾ ਨਿਰਭਉ ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ ਰਾਮ ਰਾਇਆ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ raajaa raam toon aisaa nirbhau taran taaran raam raaeaa |1| rahaau | O my Sovereign Lord King, You are Fearless; You are the Carrier to carry us across, O my Lord King. ||1||Pause|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਜਬ ਹਮ ਹੋਤੇ ਤਬ ਤੁਮ ਨਾਹੀ ਅਬ ਤੁਮ ਹਹੁ ਹਮ ਨਾਹੀ ॥ jab ham hote tab tum naahee ab tum hahu ham naahee | When I was, then You were not; now that You are, I am not. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਅਬ ਹਮ ਤੁਮ ਏਕ ਭਏ ਹਹਿ ਏਕੈ ਦੇਖਤ ਮਨੁ ਪਤੀਆਹੀ ॥੧॥ ab ham tum ek bhe heh ekai dekhat man pateeaahee |1| Now, You and I have become one; seeing this, my mind is content. ||1|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਜਬ ਬੁਧਿ ਹੋਤੀ ਤਬ ਬਲੁ ਕੈਸਾ ਅਬ ਬੁਧਿ ਬਲੁ ਨ ਖਟਾਈ ॥ jab budh hotee tab bal kaisaa ab budh bal na khattaaee | When there was wisdom, how could there be strength? Now that there is wisdom, strength cannot prevail. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਕਹਿ ਕਬੀਰ ਬੁਧਿ ਹਰਿ ਲਈ ਮੇਰੀ ਬੁਧਿ ਬਦਲੀ ਸਿਧਿ ਪਾਈ ॥੨॥੨੧॥੭੨॥ keh kabeer budh har lee meree budh badalee sidh paaee |2|21|72| Says Kabeer, the Lord has taken away my wisdom, and I have attained spiritual perfection. ||2||21||72|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji

ਖਟ ਨੇਮ ਕਰਿ ਕੋਠੜੀ ਬਾਂਧੀ ਬਸਤੁ ਅਨੂਪੁ ਬੀਚ ਪਾਈ ॥ khatt nem kar kottharree baandhee basat anoop beech paaee | He fashioned the body chamber with six rings, and placed within it the incomparable thing. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਕੁੰਜੀ ਕੁਲਫੁ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਕਰਿ ਰਾਖੇ ਕਰਤੇ ਬਾਰ ਨ ਲਾਈ ॥੧॥ kunjee kulaf praan kar raakhe karate baar na laaee |1| He made the breath of life the watchman, with lock and key to protect it; the Creator did this in no time at all. ||1|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਅਬ ਮਨ ਜਾਗਤ ਰਹੁ ਰੇ ਭਾਈ ॥ ab man jaagat rahu re bhaaee | Keep your mind awake and aware now, O Sibling of Destiny. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਗਾਫਲੁ ਹੋਇ ਕੈ ਜਨਮੁ ਗਵਾਇਓ ਚੋਰੁ ਮੁਸੈ ਘਰੁ ਜਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ gaafal hoe kai janam gavaaeo chor musai ghar jaaee |1| rahaau | You were careless, and you have wasted your life; your home is being plundered by thieves. ||1||Pause|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਪੰਚ ਪਹਰੂਆ ਦਰ ਮਹਿ ਰਹਤੇ ਤਿਨ ਕਾ ਨਹੀ ਪਤੀਆਰਾ ॥ panch paharooaa dar meh rahate tin kaa nahee pateeaaraa | The five senses stand as guards at the gate, but now can they be trusted? - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਚੇਤਿ ਸੁਚੇਤ ਚਿਤ ਹੋਇ ਰਹੁ ਤਉ ਲੈ ਪਰਗਾਸੁ ਉਜਾਰਾ ॥੨॥ chet suchet chit hoe rahu tau lai paragaas ujaaraa |2| When you are conscious in your consciousness, you shall be enlightened and illuminated. ||2|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਨਉ ਘਰ ਦੇਖਿ ਜੁ ਕਾਮਨਿ ਭੂਲੀ ਬਸਤੁ ਅਨੂਪ ਨ ਪਾਈ ॥ nau ghar dekh ju kaaman bhoolee basat anoop na paaee | Seeing the nine openings of the body, the soul-bride is led astray; she does not obtain that incomparable thing. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਕਹਤੁ ਕਬੀਰ ਨਵੈ ਘਰ ਮੂਸੇ ਦਸਵੈਂ ਤਤੁ ਸਮਾਈ ॥੩॥੨੨॥੭੩॥ kehat kabeer navai ghar moose dasavain tat samaaee |3|22|73| Says Kabeer, the nine openings of the body are being plundered; rise up to the Tenth Gate, and discover the true essence. ||3||22||73|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji

ਮਾਈ ਮੋਹਿ ਅਵਰੁ ਨ ਜਾਨਿਓ ਆਨਾਨਾਂ ॥ maaee mohi avar na jaanio aanaanaan | O mother, I do not know any other, except Him. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਸਿਵ ਸਨਕਾਦਿ ਜਾਸੁ ਗੁਨ ਗਾਵਹਿ ਤਾਸੁ ਬਸਹਿ ਮੋਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਨਾਨਾਂ ॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ siv sanakaad jaas gun gaaveh taas baseh more praanaanaan | rahaau | My breath of life resides in Him, whose praises are sung by Shiva and Sanak and so many others. ||Pause|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਹਿਰਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਗਾਸੁ ਗਿਆਨ ਗੁਰ ਗੰਮਿਤ ਗਗਨ ਮੰਡਲ ਮਹਿ ਧਿਆਨਾਨਾਂ ॥ hirade pragaas giaan gur gamit gagan manddal meh dhiaanaanaan | My heart is illuminated by spiritual wisdom; meeting the Guru, I meditate in the Sky of the Tenth Gate. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਬਿਖੈ ਰੋਗ ਭੈ ਬੰਧਨ ਭਾਗੇ ਮਨ ਨਿਜ ਘਰਿ ਸੁਖੁ ਜਾਨਾਨਾ ॥੧॥ bikhai rog bhai bandhan bhaage man nij ghar sukh jaanaanaa |1| The diseases of corruption, fear and bondage have run away; my mind has come to know peace in its own true home. ||1|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਏਕ ਸੁਮਤਿ ਰਤਿ ਜਾਨਿ ਮਾਨਿ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਦੂਸਰ ਮਨਹਿ ਨ ਆਨਾਨਾ ॥ ek sumat rat jaan maan prabh doosar maneh na aanaanaa | Imbued with a balanced single-mindedness, I know and obey God; nothing else enters my mind. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਚੰਦਨ ਬਾਸੁ ਭਏ ਮਨ ਬਾਸਨ ਤਿਆਗਿ ਘਟਿਓ ਅਭਿਮਾਨਾਨਾ ॥੨॥ chandan baas bhe man baasan tiaag ghattio abhimaanaanaa |2| My mind has become fragrant with the scent of sandalwood; I have renounced egotistical selfishness and conceit. ||2|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਜੋ ਜਨ ਗਾਇ ਧਿਆਇ ਜਸੁ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਤਾਸੁ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹੈ ਥਾਨਾਨਾਂ ॥ jo jan gaae dhiaae jas tthaakur taas prabhoo hai thaanaanaan | That humble being, who sings and meditates on the Praises of his Lord and Master, is the dwelling-place of God. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਤਿਹ ਬਡ ਭਾਗ ਬਸਿਓ ਮਨਿ ਜਾ ਕੈ ਕਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮਥਾਨਾਨਾ ॥੩॥ tih badd bhaag basio man jaa kai karam pradhaan mathaanaanaa |3| He is blessed with great good fortune; the Lord abides in his mind. Good karma radiates from his forehead. ||3|| - Bhagat Kabir Ji
ਕਾਟਿ ਸਕਤਿ ਸਿਵ ਸਹਜੁ ਪ੍ਰਗਾਸਿਓ ਏਕੈ ਏਕ ਸਮਾਨਾਨਾ ॥ kaatt sakat siv sehaj pragaasio ekai ek samaanaanaa | I have broken the bonds of Maya; the intuitive peace and poise of Shiva has dawned within me, and I am merged in oneness with the One. - Bhagat Kabir Ji
