ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਮਿਲੁ ਰਾਮਾ ॥੧॥ vaddabhaagee mil raamaa |1| By great good fortune, you shall meet with the Lord. ||1|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਗੁਰੁ ਜੋਗੀ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਰੰਗੁ ਮਾਣੀ ਜੀਉ ॥ gur jogee purakh miliaa rang maanee jeeo | I have met the Guru, the Yogi, the Primal Being; I am delighted with His Love. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਗੁਰੁ ਹਰਿ ਰੰਗਿ ਰਤੜਾ ਸਦਾ ਨਿਰਬਾਣੀ ਜੀਉ ॥ gur har rang ratarraa sadaa nirabaanee jeeo | The Guru is imbued with the Love of the Lord; He dwells forever in Nirvaanaa. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਮਿਲੁ ਸੁਘੜ ਸੁਜਾਣੀ ਜੀਉ ॥ vaddabhaagee mil sugharr sujaanee jeeo | By great good fortune, I met the most accomplished and all-knowing Lord. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨੁ ਤਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਰੰਗਿ ਭਿੰਨਾ ॥੨॥ meraa man tan har rang bhinaa |2| My mind and body are drenched in the Love of the Lord. ||2|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਆਵਹੁ ਸੰਤਹੁ ਮਿਲਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਾਹਾ ॥ aavahu santahu mil naam japaahaa | Come, O Saints - let’s meet together and chant the Naam, the Name of the Lord. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਵਿਚਿ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਸਦਾ ਲੈ ਲਾਹਾ ਜੀਉ ॥ vich sangat naam sadaa lai laahaa jeeo | In the Sangat, the Holy Congregation, let’s earn the lasting profit of the Naam. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਕਰਿ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੰਤਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਮੁਖਿ ਪਾਹਾ ਜੀਉ ॥ kar sevaa santaa amrit mukh paahaa jeeo | Let’s serve the Saints, and drink in the Ambrosial Nectar. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਮਿਲੁ ਪੂਰਬਿ ਲਿਖਿਅੜੇ ਧੁਰਿ ਕਰਮਾ ॥੩॥ mil poorab likhiarre dhur karamaa |3| By one’s karma and pre-ordained destiny, they are met. ||3|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਸਾਵਣਿ ਵਰਸੁ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਿ ਜਗੁ ਛਾਇਆ ਜੀਉ ॥ saavan varas amrit jag chhaaeaa jeeo | In the month of Saawan, the clouds of Ambrosial Nectar hang over the world. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਮਨੁ ਮੋਰੁ ਕੁਹੁਕਿਅੜਾ ਸਬਦੁ ਮੁਖਿ ਪਾਇਆ ॥ man mor kuhukiarraa sabad mukh paaeaa | The peacock of the mind chirps, and receives the Word of the Shabad, in its mouth; - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤੁ ਵੁਠੜਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਰਾਇਆ ਜੀਉ ॥ har amrit vuttharraa miliaa har raaeaa jeeo | the Ambrosial Nectar of the Lord rains down, and the Sovereign Lord King is met. - Guru Ramdas Ji

ਮਨੁ ਦੇਵਾਂ ਸੰਤਾ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਮੇਲੇ ਜੀਉ ॥ man devaan santaa meraa prabh mele jeeo | I offer my mind to the Guru, who has led me to meet my God. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਵਿਟੜਿਅਹੁ ਸਦਾ ਘੋਲੇ ਜੀਉ ॥੨॥ har vittarriahu sadaa ghole jeeo |2| I am forever a sacrifice to the Lord. ||2|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਵਸੁ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰਿਆ ਵਸੁ ਮੇਰੇ ਗੋਵਿਦਾ ਹਰਿ ਕਰਿ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਮਨਿ ਵਸੁ ਜੀਉ ॥ vas mere piaariaa vas mere govidaa har kar kirapaa man vas jeeo | Dwell, O my Beloved, dwell, O my Lord of the Universe; O Lord, show mercy to me and come to dwell within my mind. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਮਨਿ ਚਿੰਦਿਅੜਾ ਫਲੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਮੇਰੇ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰਾ ਵੇਖਿ ਵਿਗਸੁ ਜੀਉ ॥ man chindiarraa fal paaeaa mere govindaa gur pooraa vekh vigas jeeo | I have obtained the fruits of my mind’s desires, O my Lord of the Universe; I am transfixed with ecstasy, gazing upon the Perfect Guru. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਸੋਹਾਗਣੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਮਨਿ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਅਨਦੁ ਰਹਸੁ ਜੀਉ ॥ har naam miliaa sohaaganee mere govindaa man anadin anad rehas jeeo | The happy soul-brides receive the Lord’s Name, O my Lord of the Universe; night and day, their minds are blissful and happy. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਪਾਇਅੜਾ ਵਡਭਾਗੀਈ ਮੇਰੇ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਨਿਤ ਲੈ ਲਾਹਾ ਮਨਿ ਹਸੁ ਜੀਉ ॥੩॥ har paaeiarraa vaddabhaageeee mere govindaa nit lai laahaa man has jeeo |3| By great good fortune, the Lord is found, O my Lord of the Universe; earning profit continually, the mind laughs with joy. ||3|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਆਪਿ ਉਪਾਏ ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਵੇਖੈ ਹਰਿ ਆਪੇ ਕਾਰੈ ਲਾਇਆ ਜੀਉ ॥ har aap upaae har aape vekhai har aape kaarai laaeaa jeeo | The Lord Himself creates, and the Lord Himself beholds; the Lord Himself assigns all to their tasks. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਇਕਿ ਖਾਵਹਿ ਬਖਸ ਤੋਟਿ ਨ ਆਵੈ ਇਕਨਾ ਫਕਾ ਪਾਇਆ ਜੀਉ ॥ eik khaaveh bakhas tott na aavai ikanaa fakaa paaeaa jeeo | Some partake of the bounty of the Lord’s favor, which never runs out, while others receive only a handful. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਇਕਿ ਰਾਜੇ ਤਖਤਿ ਬਹਹਿ ਨਿਤ ਸੁਖੀਏ ਇਕਨਾ ਭਿਖ ਮੰਗਾਇਆ ਜੀਉ ॥ eik raaje takhat baheh nit sukhee ikanaa bhikh mangaaeaa jeeo | Some sit upon thrones as kings, and enjoy constant pleasures, while others must beg for charity. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਸਭੁ ਇਕੋ ਸਬਦੁ ਵਰਤਦਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਗੋਵਿਦਾ ਜਨ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮੁ ਧਿਆਇਆ ਜੀਉ ॥੪॥੨॥੨੮॥੬੬॥ sabh iko sabad varatadaa mere govidaa jan naanak naam dhiaaeaa jeeo |4|2|28|66| The Word of the Shabad is pervading in everyone, O my Lord of the Universe; servant Nanak meditates on the Naam. ||4||2||28||66|| - Guru Ramdas Ji

ਹਰਿ ਰੰਗੁ ਨਾਲਿ ਨ ਲਖੀਐ ਮੇਰੇ ਗੋਵਿਦਾ ਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰਾ ਅਲਖੁ ਲਖਾਹੀ ਜੀਉ ॥ har rang naal na lakheeai mere govidaa gur pooraa alakh lakhaahee jeeo | The Lord’s Love is with me, but it cannot be seen, O my Lord of the Universe; the Perfect Guru has led me to see the unseen. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਰਗਾਸਿਆ ਮੇਰੇ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਸਭ ਦਾਲਦ ਦੁਖ ਲਹਿ ਜਾਹੀ ਜੀਉ ॥ har har naam paragaasiaa mere govindaa sabh daalad dukh leh jaahee jeeo | He has revealed the Name of the Lord, Har, Har, O my Lord of the Universe; all poverty and pain have departed. - Guru Ramdas Ji
ਹਰਿ ਪਦੁ ਊਤਮੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਮੇਰੇ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਨਾਮਿ ਸਮਾਹੀ ਜੀਉ ॥੧॥ har pad aootam paaeaa mere govindaa vaddabhaagee naam samaahee jeeo |1| I have obtained the supreme status of the Lord, O my Lord of the Universe; by great good fortune, I am absorbed in the Naam. ||1|| - Guru Ramdas Ji
